Abstract:
Întocmirea și aplicarea Regulamentelor Organice au fost considerate creația generalului Pavel Kiseleff, guvernatorul Principatelor Dunărene între anii 1829- 1834. Pentru memorializarea acestuia cele două Țări Românești au propus realizarea a câte unui monument dedicat sau atribuit lui Pavel Kiseleff, când încă acesta era în viață, demers înscris în cadru legislativ, dezavuat însă de subiect. Articolul de față prezintă aspecte legate de demersurile realizării monumentelor dedicate generalului rus, abordările conducerii de la Iași și București în prima parte a secolului al XIX-lea, dar și propunerea de monument în București din debutul secolului al XXI-lea. Voi încerca o analiză a modalităților prin care a fost tratată această problemă și motivele pentru care în București nu există un astfel de monument.
The drafting and application of the Organic Regulations were considered the creation of General Pavel Kiseliov, the governor of the Danube Principalities between 1829 and 1834. To memorialize him, the two Romanian Countries proposed the creation of a monument each dedicated to Pavel Kiseliov, when he was still alive, an approach registered in the framework legislative, but disavowed by the subject. This article presents aspects related to the efforts to create monuments dedicated to the Russian general, the approaches of the management from Iași and Bucharest in the first part of the 19th century, but also the proposal of a monument in Bucharest from the beginning of the 21st century. I will try to analyze the ways in which this problem was treated and the reasons why there is no such monument in Bucharest.
